Whats This Word Mean

I was lookin for the right board for this and thought this was it. A friend of mine was looking at an old album of his called Between the Heart and the Synapse and on the cover there is a latin word that reads OCEANVMARE. He was wondering what that meant, I am taking Latin but I have no idea what the fuck that means because I just started. Anyone know what it means? I don't know if there words are supposed to be separated but just tell me what you can make out of it.

Someone suggested Ocean's Sea?

It appears as though it does mean "Ocean's sea." Oceanum is in the genitive which denotes possession, and mare could be in any number of cases, though most likely nominative.
