lacta alea est

Does anyone here know enough Latin to tell me what this means? I downloaded an album on which the first track, which ought to have been titled Iacta Alea Est, was instead called Lacta Alea Est. A humorous mistake, but I can't figure out what a good translation is.

Lacta?  The die has been enticed/duped/led on.

Seriously? I would have sooner thought “lacto”, since I don't see how we get from “lacta” to “lactatio”.

Iacta alea est / alea iacta est
The odds are thrown, something like this. On uses this when something depends only of luck.
("alea", cf. "aleatory"; iacta, cf. "jact")

Lacta alea est: the odds are milky O.o
(Lactosis? Milk sugar? Got it?)
