lacta alea est

Does anyone here know enough Latin to tell me what this means? I downloaded an album on which the first track, which ought to have been titled Iacta Alea Est, was instead called Lacta Alea Est. A humorous mistake, but I can't figure out what a good translation is.

Lacta?  The die has been enticed/duped/led on.
