what is the most funny nation

Like in subject. What nation is most funny and why.
I vote Koreans (funny movies) and Italians (funny language).

I meant from linguistic point of view. Koreans speak like .... I don't know, but I can't do these sounds, and Italians speak like little noisy girls.
