Pimsleur

Hey, I'm here to know ask if any one has tried learning a foreign language using the Pimsleur program before. For those who have, how was it? was it helpful? because as far as I know it relies solely on audio; as while I've always figured associating words with objects helps to learn languages easier.

haha, well if it had the language I'm trying to learn I'd try it. Unfortunately I'm trying for Norwegian.
