For now I want to learn Latin to be able to speak it (with another people) rather than read centuries old literature that probably nobody cares about. Is there a way to?

I heard there's a movement called "Living Latin" or something, but I couldn't find much on it.

One does not learn a dead language in order to be able to talk with people.
