Non-English forums

A good way to learn a language is to use it and read it a lot, obviously. How do I find popular non-English news/blogs/forums/chans ?

i know can just go to google.fr or google.ru or whatever, but that won't help me find blogs or forums with lots of daily conversation so I can try and pick up slang and the pop culture. If you live in a non-English speaking country and frequent forums there, can you help out?

Not that I know of, but here's a Chinese imageboard script http://pixmicat.openfoundry.org/ I'd imagine that there would be Chinese boards based off of that. Has an English language UI too.
