What exactly is the difference between 帮 and 帮助? I've been using them in exactly the same way, and was wondering if I'm missing some kind of fine detail regarding their usage.
Also, the difference between 但是,可是, and 不过. I'm under the impression that the only difference between the three is that 但是 is stronger than 可是, and 可是 is stronger than 不过. Is this correct?
