Why do Latinoamericans write in all caps?

I mean, I'm kinda disappointed by this "JAJAJA ESTOY USANDO EL INTERNET" shit written always in ALL CAPS. Is there a reason behind this? Normal people would not do that.

No, seriously it is annoying. Notice how they'll write "jajajaja" even when the video has nothing to do with Spanish and the uploader doesn't speak it either.

From what I've seen, mostly the very uneducated ones use this crap, Mexicans and so on. Argentinians, for example, talk like normal people most of the time.

It's just that generally speaking, the Argentinians and Spaniards seem to be the least retarded people en el mundo hispanohablante. At least as far as the very populous countries with lots of Internet users are concerned, dunno about Central Americans. That's the impression I got through hanging out on Hispanic web sites, nothing more, I'm not claiming to be giving out officially recognized statistics here.
But I have to say, I've generally come to somewhat dislike the Spanish-speaking culture as a whole. Learning this language was a pretty bad choice, I totally should've gone with French in school.

They are, really, I suffer them all the time since I'm from Spain, when you talk to them they are normal people, but when they write in the internet they show themselves in their real form, which is an stupid one.
