after 'qui'. frenchfags, is it a right construction? i.e., for instance, "je qui est ..." or "nous qui sont ...". i know that it's acceptible in the informal english and is quite acceptible in russian but i dunno about french

"ne" never comes alone in a sentence.
Most times it is used with "pas" just to negate a phrase,
but "rien" - like in "ne rien faire du tout" -> "doing nothing at all",
and "que" - like in "n'en avoir que trois" -> "to only have three",
or "plus" - like in "ne manger plus que des légumes, comme un connard de végétarien" -> "to only eat vegetables, like some vegan faggot"
or combinations - for example in "je ne m'en soucie pas plus que ça" -> "I don't worry that much about it"
