Korean :/

I am currently in the process of learning Korean. So far I have got my head around the pronounciation and writing of the vowels and consonants with some key phrases such as : Yes, No, Hello.

All very basic. Is there any tips anybody can give me that'll help me out as I further my learning?

Could someone please help me to understand the following korean sentence?

"최근 4주간 게시물이 없습니다" 소식이 뜸한 친구에게 마음의 한마디를 남기세요.
