Learning Japanese?

Greetings /lang/, I'm an intelligent young lad and I want to learn another language besides English, and Spanish.
I've decided on Japanese since I've had an interest in Japanese games since I was 8 or so.
Any websites, pointers, or general tips you language guru's can point out to me?
