漢子

Name: Anonymous 2008-12-29 16:01

I find it really interesting what the 漢子 is when transliterated into separate languages/dialects

Mandarin 學(学)=xue
Cantonese 學=hok
Korean 學=학=hak.
and so on.

I'm (part) Korean and i think it's essential to know the 한자 of the word as well as the 한글 as 한자 is very beautiful :)

can anyone else agree with this?

ITT: no japanese shitty kanji.
