I find it really interesting what the 漢子 is when transliterated into separate languages/dialects
Mandarin 學(学)=xue
Cantonese 學=hok
Korean 學=학=hak.
and so on.
I'm (part) Korean and i think it's essential to know the 한자 of the word as well as the 한글 as 한자 is very beautiful :)
can anyone else agree with this?
