Father...in different languages.

Okay /lang/, heres the thing.I need to find out how to write dad in as many languages as possible so I thought this would be a good place to start.

Isä in "proper" Finnish, isi in colloquial speech.

お父さん (otōsan) in polite Japanese (can be shortened to just 父さん tōsan, the お is an honorary prefix); お父様 (otōsama) in formal speech; 父 (chichi) in humble/colloquial speech. There's also 父親 (chichioya).

Far is the word for father in Swedish, while pappa is more like dad, and then there's the slang version of the word, farsan.
