I've been using this FF add-on for awhile and have noticed a great improvement in my kanji by seeing them everyday
With this Firefox add-on someone made, you can now read any English site and learn kanji at the same time. Basically it changes the first letter of the word to the kanji. With context, you should be able to guess the word without much of a problem, if not, you can use rikai chan to look it up yourself (might need to press shift when rikai-chan shows it to see the kanji as is) and it's usually the first word for rikai chan. The database actually comes from Heisig, but you don't need to learn Heisig's method or follow it to benefit from this tool
This tool can also change whole words instead of the first letter if you are more experienced with the kanji or the keywords
