France is a decentralized country, every region administrates themself about everything, budget, culture etc... Plus, ABSOLUTE majority of each region wants to be part of France, even in corsica, brittany, french basque country. Don't argue on a subject if you don't master it. China must give to tibetans the power to administrate themselves, even if Tibet must be part of china.
