Learning German...

Where can I get free resources for learning German?
Particularly for pronunciation.

I'm failing so hard at that..

Also, whats the best way to learn? Flashcards? Music? I'm obviously not looking for anything that costs money like classes.

I've already gotten kicked out of a [English-speaking] chat room for saying "iss meine scheisse" when people started speaking German 101 to each other.  Thanks!
