I'm from Norway. I'd say Sweden is better than Norway in most aspects, but mainly because of their politics not being as fucked up as our own.
The only advantage us Norwegians have over Swedes is the ability to learn any language better than them. In fact, I'd say that Norwegians are able to learn any language better than any other nation in the world, this because of our own language including almost every sound you can think of.
