Learning methods

So I'm trying to learn a couple of languages online. For the most part, I'm having no trouble with understanding grammar rules and such, but I have a tendency to rush through the lessons and have a hard time remembering all the vocab. I know I should slow down, but what are some other methods I can use to help my memory?

Slow the fuck down. Learn languages one at a time, preferably not on the interbutt. If you learn some vocabulary and can't recall them the next day then you're either trying too many at one time or else you need a different method of memorization. Using mnemonics is really helpful for me. Flashcards work but can be boring. Most computer programs are worthless. Also, if you don't use what you learn you'll forget it.
