Please recommend me some good websites to learn Mandarin Chinese. Also, what is a good way to find a hot chinese language exchange partner who will teach me Chinese in exchange for me teaching her English (or German)? I would take classes but there are no classes where I live, so I want to start with online materials and Skype first. In before kill yourself.
