Weeaboos

Is there such a thing as a weeaboo who has actually been to Japan? For years scholars have theorized that once a weeaboo sets foot on Japanese soil he ceases to be a weeaboo, since it is impossible to actually be exposed to Japan and still like Japanese culture. What are your thoughts on this?

I believe you are correct. I have many-a-times been close to becoming a weeaboo, but managed to get exposed to Japanese television at those times. If you have ever seen Japanese TV, you will know that it is sometimes sick, revolting and disturbing. Hence I've settled at liking anime a lot, but being scared of the Japanese people.
