I hope you can understand what Im trying to say.
Mom + Dad= Parents
Brother + Sister= Siblings
Older Son + Older Daughter= ? ....Childrens?
Uncle + Aunt= Relatives
Nephew + Niece= ?
*******************
?1 + ?2= Cousins
********************
Grand Father + Grand Mother= Grand Parents

If you haven't guessed yet, English is not my native language.

In Spanish we call them:
Mom(Mamá) + Dad(Papá)= Padres(Fathers)
Brother(Hermano) + Sister(Hermana)= Hermanos(Brothers)
Older Son(hijo mayor) + Older Daughter(hija mayor)= Hijos(Sons)
Younger Son(hijo menor) + Younger Daughter(hija menor)= Hijos
Uncle(Tio) + Aunt(Tia)= Tios(Uncles)
Nephew(Sobrino) + Niece(Sobrina)= Sobrinos(Nephews)
**************************************************
Primo(Cousin) + Prima(Cousin)= Primos(Cousins)
**************************************************

Nephew(Sobrino) + Niece(Sobrina)= Sobrinos[Relatives]

How the fucks do you know when you are talking about your Tios and  not about your Sobrinos?
Or how the fucks do you know when you talk about your Prima and not your Primo?
And if your Sons and Daughters are now adults, do you keep calling them Childrens to refer to both of them?

I don't quite know what the hell your questions are. But anyways...

prima = female cousin
primo = male cousin

If you say "cousin," no one knows if it's male or female. There is no word for female cousin or a word for male cousin, just use cousin as a singular for male and female. Cousins is plural.

You don't call them "childrens" in English. The word children is already plural, don't add an S. It is just children. Singular is child.

If I was talking about my sons and daughters, I would call them my "children." If I was talking about brothers and sisters, I would call them "siblings."

*Age doesn't matter.*

In Spanish I would say, "mis hijos" when talking about my children.
In Spanish I would say, "mis hermanos" when talking about my brothers and sisters.

children : hijos
my children : mis hijos
your children : tus hijos
siblings : hermanos
my siblings : mis hermanos
your siblings : tus hermanos

Like I said, age does NOT matter. No importa la edad. In Spanish you call your children "hijos" regardless of their age, in English you would call them your "children" regardless of their age as well.

Also, father (dad) + mother (mom) = parents.
