Japanese Introduction

So I am needing to write a short introduction in Japanese as a part of this application process. I am, of course, planning on being placed in the beginners level, but it is still required. My request is how to write this in Romanji:

Greetings(should I say hajimemashite?) My name is FIRST LAST. I am sorry to say that I know very little Japanese.(perhaps a dummied down version of this unless someone can translate that). I look forward to learning. Dozo yoroshiku(this appropriate here?), FIRST LAST

Please help me out so I can go to Japan!
