in hiragana because i fail at kanji. translation needed, mainly on ければ and なります。

"One has to eat." (or I must eat, you must eat, etc. depending on context).

Literally, as >>2 puts it, it says "if one doesn't it (〜ば conditional construct), it won't do". That's how obligation is expressed in Japanese. (You can also have いけません in place of なりません, and you can replace 〜ば by other conditionals with little change in meaning; e.g. たべないといけません is a slightly less formal way to express the same idea).
