This is the first post of  the Official 4chan Japanese club! We can help each other to learn Japanese! This is the first lesson! ^^

Some simple phrases:
Hello: Konichiwa
Goodbye: Sayonara
Please: Kudasai
Thankyou: Arigato
The: wa (except it is written 'ha' but pronounced 'wa')
Japan: Nihhon
Is: desu (this goes at the end of the sentence)
I: Watashi

Some example sentences:

Hello! I am (the) James!
Konichiwa! Watashi ha James desu!

Thank you, good bye!
Arigato, sayonara!

Japan please!
Nihhon kudasai!

dude, は(ha/wa) is just the subject marker.

if you really want to translate it, use something like "as for:"
僕は日本語の勉強をしています。
boku wa nihongo no benkyou (w)o shiteimasu.
[me] [topic marker] [japanese] [possessive word] [study/ing] [object marker] [(present-tense); "am/is/are doing"]
(As for me,) I am studying Japanese.

sorry if that got a bit complex.
seriously though, i don't think a place like 4chan is a good place to study language.

and "your" roumaji is a bit weird.  sayonara?  nihhon?  konichiwa?  arigato?  w/e.... if you want to accurately romanize the kanji and kana... it'd be more like sayounara, nihon, konnichiwa, arigatou, and so on.
