I'm not even kidding. You must be aware that when you reach a certain level of fluency in a foreign language you start to think differently. You don't try and translate what you would have said in english into french for example, and vice versa. You think it and say it in french, or english, or moonspeak.
The thing is, and that's my point, that french (the language) flows naturally towards "owning". Wits, destroying your opponents with some well-thought mot d'esprit is a primal characteristic of the french language. What you just did to
