how do you make the green text? green text for quoting! yeah!

Thanks for the input guys... I should have specified that I'm wondering about the image boards and not the text boards, for example, /v/. spoiler tags enable the spoiler text on that board but there is a way to make the green text appear with a completely black background (the spoiler black bar) but still be 100% readable without highlighting it, like the spoiler forces... Does that make sense?
