I borrowed an open wireless connection, and were able to access the site just fine however, which heavily implies that virgin media are indeed blocking it.

I can access the site fine with a proxy but i get a 404 when i try it normally, something's up with UK ISPs, maybe it's a problem with the site or the ISPs in the UK decided to block it.
