Spam and moderation at 4 chan

I know from the beginning of 4chan there was little to no moderation but back then this could also be said about spam. Now the amount of spam is rising like shit after diarhea, the report function is too slow to report all the spam on the front page, those 3rd world countries spaming fucks keep changing words so the filter can't get them.
Does anyone now what 4 chan staff is doing about it?

4chan staff is around 5 mods, 1 developer and moot. It's got to the stage where there's so much spam it's very difficult to stop. Try using a proxy to post here; the majority are banned for spam; so the staff are doing their job. There are various auto bans that they have coded too for certain key words. It's just autistic fucks like Kimmo making life difficult.

My adice to you would be to use a filter. If you use Opera or firefox.
