4chan worse than ever?

I now have the opinion that 4chan, overall, is worse off since the last round of site changes have taken place. More off-topic and troll posts than ever are leaking out of /b/ and into other imageboards -- or is it just me and nobody else has noticed?

That stupid drawfag(whore) faggotry is getting out of control and is becoming cancer on /b/. 

What's worst, I think it's even spreading to the other boards.  4chan's not for shitty MS paint character drawings.
