But what code do I use to get stuff like a red name or a background to text?

I've already tried BBCode and html, but I can't get either to work.

Red "name" isn't a name, it's the subject line with the name removed.

The wordfilter automatically changes the color and background of the words "penis", "vagina", and "buttsex".

I suggest lurking moar.
