And now the only chance to re-live the old faggotry of /z/ for the new friends (or anyone, really) is/seems to be done:
Good job, guys.
Someone posted child porn on /cats/.
Someone else, instead of either letting the site administration handle it, or reporting it on the site discussion/issues board, sent the links to the hosting provider.
In response, the host (as they are legally obligated to do) took down the server.
I could keep running this site, but the ongoing trouble of keeping constant watch on the boards and cleaning up after spam and child porn is frankly not worth it. Several years ago, when there were more regular posters and the quality of content was higher, it was justifiable, but lately both have gone down the drain. (No offense meant to those who have been around for the last six years, but I'm sure you'll agree.)
I'd like to thank everyone who's been awesome. Keep doing that. Maybe we'll meet again some time.
If you're interested in buying the domain, let me know what it's worth to you. Otherwise...
See you, space cowboy.
