lol, i remember one day in 7chan /b/ the mod itsnotlupus tried to troll everyone by posting a sticky that said that /b/ is strictly for serious discussion, anyone that writes anymore stupid shit gets a permaban.
few hours later, an admin steps in and bans itsnotlupus for being a dumbass and posting such a thing. then things went downhill from there...

I wasn't there for the thread but I saw a screen shot of it before 7chan went down. It was hilarious. 7channers like to think that their site is better than 4chan. While superficially true by having a higher signal-to-noise ratio, it is unfortunately "managed" (and I use that word loosely in this context) by complete idiots.

7chan's server got exploited and shut off, and they're looking for a new host.
I guess they figured it was a good idea to redirect all their traffic here, where it can't be properly handled.
