/aa/ - Anime alternative

Currently /a/ is a home for content beyond it's original intent such as anime figures, visual novels and Touhou. Several people suggested a new NWS board be made to focus on these and other subjects that are not anime or manga but anime and manga related, kind of like /m/ but less focused on a single subject.
It would make sense seeing /t/ is almost 50% torrents for visual novels but there is nowhere to really discuss them (too /v/ for /a/ and too /a/ for /v/.)
What are the chances of this board happening?

Currently America is a home for people beyond it's original intent such as blacks, jews, and women. Several people suggested a new NWS country be made to focus on these and other peoples that are not American but hypher-Americans, kind of like Australia but less focused on a single ideal.
