I checked the blocked ISP and the one I'm using is among them
but I dont get "Posting from your ISP has been blocked due to abuse" message. And the problem only exists while posting on /v/.
All other boards work perfectly fine. Or is this ISP restriction in use only on certain boards. So anyone got any idea what to do to resolve this problem?

NEWSFLASH: apparently, those ISP blocks are just IP range bannings, leaving many other IPs still able to post, even if their ISP is allegedly blocked altogether by 4chan.

My connection automatically resets after every 24h.
But can somebody tell me if the ISP is blocked you get the b& page or the abnormal reply error? Also why do I get this error only on /v/ and it's not some thing that I got a month ago it's going on for more than year now! I emailed moot but I'm still waiting for an answer but I think that will not change much anyway. The most horrible thing is that I wasn't b& even once in over three and a half year that I've been here.

2) Mediante un programa capz de editar la MAC de la tarjeta de red (por ejemplo SMAC), cambia el último número de tal MAC.
3) Desactiva la tarjeta de red.
4) Resetea el modem.
5) Reconecta la tarjeta de red.
