Every time I try to make a thread in /b/, it's immediately 404 Not Found'd. And it isn't even GETfag-spam-time now. I see other threads being made just fine, so what's up?

4Chan is fucked up now. Every weekend it freezes and crashes. People also get "banned" for things they didn't even post (What kind of excuse is "shit post" anyway? Lazy mods).
