Anyone who clicked one of the links on /b/ has been infected by a trojan called Vundo. Vundo has the annony meddlesome ability to attach itself to every .exe your computer has to offer. Hence whenever you start Skype, World of Warcraft, Firefox, WinAmp or Notepad, you start the trojan with it. Furthermore this special form of the trojan has been programmed to DDoS a site called 4chan.
Pretty clever, isn't it? Get the newfags to open the link and infect them, destroying both the target's computer AND 4chan.

http://status.4chan.org/ offers a link to a removal tool, the     efficiency is questionable in my opinion, but give it a try nevertheless.
