I've seen lots of shitty threads before. Some threads I know the majority of Anonymous hates, yet what can we do?
We can't report a thread not breaking any rules just because we hate it.
I don't know if you've been to /v/ lately, but almost every thread made by the user "Winged Samurai" gets saged to death, but they always get bumped by somebody, just to piss us off, and never deleted.
I think implementing a thread deletion option in which 4chan users may vote to have a thread deleted (once per thread) would be a good idea.
