'refresh' goes back to front page

I have setup some wakaba imageboards for some friends.

The problem is that when you navigate to a certain board and 'refresh' the page, you are redirected to the front page instead of staying on the selected board.

I figure it's a 'frames' issue, but can't for the life of me figure it out.

Refreshing framesets is cruise control for fail. Just open the board in a separate tab and refresh that. Only idiots would do it any other way.
