/a/tards hate japanese?

So what's the problem with posting in japanese on /a/ or /c/? I thought this place was an open community and posting in japanese was allowed?

that is completely ignoring the global rules. i think the mods need to enforce them better. everyone says /a/ is the anime version of /b/ but the rules say otherwise.
