Definition of worksafe?

What exactly is the definition of worksafe?  It seems nuts in /a lately, with anything slightly racy getting deleted. 

I've seen several wet shirt pics get deleted, for example, including one of mine.

Didn't Moot say say something like anything not nude is fine in that motivational poster sticky?

Any website that is not relevant to your work, let alone a picture of a big eyed anime character, is not worksafe under that definition,

There's no hard and fast rules for whether something is worksafe. It depends on where you work, how visible your screen is to other people, and what exactly you're looking at.

The definition of "worksafe" I've always worked under is basically "If someone who knows nothing about the picture can look at it and see nothing harmless, offensive, or obscene about it, it's worksafe."
