Why should a female post on /b where she knows she'll get derided and turned into the subject of shemale guro fanart?  Instead, girls should be able to stay in the comfort of their own profiles and accept or reject requests from annoying guys.  Since everyone would be anonymous, you'd use an image as your "username", and be called out if you just stole it from somewhere.  4chan would need at least half female profiles before it could start working.  You coud search by interests, hobbies, hair color, height, weight, measurements, and cup size.

I have yet to see a dating site that offers searches by cup size.  I find this quite disturbing.  Cup size is an important way to determine one's personality and attitude. 

To get more women to start profiles, 4chan could go to conventions or messageboards and mention a dating system.  it would be much easier to find others with similar interests when it comes to 4chan, rather than a mainstream site.

You know, after thinking about it a bit, it could work... I mean, you could set it up where, for anyone to even view the personals, you would have to become a registered user. Any /b/tard-ness found, and the user/IP could be banned. But still, it would take a long time to string out all the /b/tards to find real people. It sounds that it could be plausible, but you really never know.
