My intention is to make oekaki board for smaller community of people, but the shell i can use to run it is somewhat limited so i need something that fills following requirements:
- must be cgi based with no php. i'd prefer perl or python but precompiled is ok as long as its linked dynamically and you can have source code (i've never seen precompiled stuff for imageboards tho lol)
- NO apache cgi extensions as apache won't be used to run this
- NO databases, just plaintext to store post content
- integration of "oekaki" part is not a reqirement, as i can add support for shii painter myself
- i don't care what language original script is in, as long as i can edit it
