Hidden VIP Page?

I was posting some stuff on the Computers board when suddenly I caught a glimpse of a "hidden" page that went along the lines of:

"This is a VIP post!"

Or something like that. Did anyone get that too? What exactly does that mean?

All forum software, 2channel and SA included, has its own "Your post was written! Here comes the index page!!!!" message. Mine just tells you something you didn't know.
