I don't get it.
How do some of these Online game players, lets players, random mod players, MMORPG grinders and other various other players, that make a living off of streaming their games, go about getting so many live viewers or idlers on their streams and videos? Are they literally so popular on social media websites or in their own community that people are faithfully following them? Hell even people bothering to register for places like own3d.tv and twitch.tv just to watch their streams surprises me. Then they eventually get involved as whole teams and stuff too. What does the cesspool that is 4chan think of this phenomena and how it's impacted the gaming world? How do these players work their magic? How do get so pro? How do they get so many viewers? And what do you think the future of this media will be?
