Starving Games

I'm a game design major. For a research project for class; I need games that have starvation and dehydration mechanics for realism, etc. I have a few; the Sims, Fallout: New Vegas, and Oregon Trail. Pretty sure there are RTS's which use it for a population control on cities, etc. but I don't know that genre well myself. Honestly, the more realistic and integrated into gameplay the better; but ANYTHING that has such a mechanic would help. What games do you anons know of that have these?

tl;dr: OP wants a list of games where starvation is used as a realism mechanic.

The STALKER games do have such a mechanic, though i dont remember if its in the vanilla game too or only in the many mods.
