While mostly true, they'll occasionally filter back down through the grapevine and, unlike pony trolls, these fuckers are legitimate fans trying to defend their little VN in a place where it is legitimately hated for various reasons and should you tell them to take that shit to /vg/ where it belongs, they go full fursecution-style butthurt indignant mode on you, clogging up the whole thread with their ranting and whining and "feels.
And THAT is why they are worse than ponyfags, at least in terms of /v/ presence.
