I've been shitting my dick for 11 hours straight playing Final Fantasy 1. I am head over asscheeks this game isn't worth the time I'm spending in it

What JRPGs do you recommend that actually have a well developed story and characters? Not some plot written on the back of the box this NES cartridge came in and a bunch of guys telling me to go to the cave down yonder and back and forth fighting with random enemy encounters every two steps

Chrono Trigger needs a direct sequel

Chrono Cross is a good game in it's own but as a sequel to Chrono Trigger, it doesn't live up to it.
