I'd help, but I don't even remember what Evil can do. You're the grappler of the game though, get in that ass and throw shit. The boot normals are really good, make use of them.

Well unfortunately no one can stop time. Kyo is always a great choice for rush down and learning the game, he's really strong and has great normals. You should also look at Terry, Shen Woo, and K'.

Hit Box Rep's got some good suggestions.

I'd personally suggest trying out Takuma, Duo Lon, Kim, Leona, and either of the Ioris.
