Yes, but it's finicky. If they use an orb, they have to be a lower level than you. So you're at an advantage to some point.
most of the stuff I mentioned earlier are getting addressed in the next patch, though. It's just a matter of time.
Too bad From hasnt said anything about porting the patch to the 360 (they only care about the PS3)
