Streetpass: close your 3DS, walk around any big city or neighborhood, other Miis invade your privacy, play shit games for every one collected.
Spotpass: The annoying WiiConnect24 light returns, now with added blue dots for stuff on the menu screen! Other than that it's TESTS!! No fucking free games or game DLC, EVAR!!!
The moral of this story is you should stick with your Xbox for fuck's sake, and really clench the testicles of every 3DS owner you walk by, HARD. They're fucking losers who love to spam with something other than email.
